Feedback and usage
Feedback is stored privately in Firebase. When email notifications are enabled, Resend may send your note, rating and page path to support@7daylabs.com. Your verified email is included only if you agree to follow-up. Mixpanel and Google Analytics receive anonymous usage events: pages, lesson progress, device and browser type, language, approximate city and country derived from your IP address, and the link or campaign that brought you here. Never your email, code or feedback text. You can turn this off in Preferences at any time.
Account and learning data
Firebase Authentication handles sign-in. When cloud sync is used, we store your account ID, email, learning progress, referral records and submitted feedback using Firebase/Firestore. Your browser also stores progress and theme, language and sound preferences.
Payment data
Dodo Payments processes payment and billing details. Opening checkout shares your account email, name and purchase identifiers with Dodo. We retain orders, payment IDs, verification status and access records. We do not store full card details.
Analytics and AI
Anonymous usage analytics is on by default and can be turned off in Preferences; your browser's Do Not Track setting is honored. Configured error monitoring may record technical failures. When you use the AI coach, your question and lesson context are sent to the configured AI provider; including your code requires consent.
Your data requests
Email support to request a copy or deletion of your account data. Some transaction records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, refunds or required accounting.
